Next Credit

Based on customer insights, stripped back the full colour branding of both Next Pay & Next 3 Step to a more integrated feel and applied globally to next.co.uk. Provided simplified options for the 'Credit Hub' allowing users to select their preferred credit product at step one, highlighted product features more effectively and introduced lifestyle imagery.
Introduced accordion style banners on-site to minimise disruption on key pages during customer journey. Only key product info visible on page load - all critical legal information hidden until customer indicates interest by clicking on the banner. Significant development of email style & content based on A/B testing results.

Full site review of all Next Unlimited touch points. Inline with Next Credit, stripped back the full colour branding to a more integrated feel and consistently applied new style to next.co.uk and all email communications.
Accordion style banners used on-site to minimise disruption & keep messaging brief. Introduced a comparison table within the extended banners to show product benefits clearly.
